- Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and the content in the articles must be verifiable as having been published in a reliable source. The content in the article was non encyclopedic and not sourced. and you cannot spam content that was not acceptable for the article onto the talk page, because the talk page is purely for discussing how to improve the article. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 03:09, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
- Material that some people think belongs in the article and others carefully remove is certainly appropriate to discuss on talk pages. Even though some of the editors may find it spam or unacceptable. We're not running out of talk-page whitespace any time soon. And a lot of this material is appropriate for Wikivoyage if not for WP. – SJ + 03:14, 6 November 2013 (UTC)
