Hello,
The article is in quotes, and is taken directly from a public domain source, a Department of the Navy OPNAV instruction. It appears this would be an exception to the cut and paste rule. The source is the most authoritative available information on the subject.
- You are correct. This is probably not a copyright violation, because as an official memo from the us. government it is in the public domain. I have removed the speedy deletion tag.
- However, as the article stands now, it is not encyclopedia. The text is just one long quote from an official Department of the Navy memo without adding anything. Runarb (talk) 14:22, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
