Delete Hurricane Vance sections edit

I deleted the Hurrican Vance section. That people evacuated for a hurricane (of course they did) is not the slightest bit notable. There isn't even mention of damage.

Here is the deleted section:

Cyclone Vance edit

In April 1999, civilian dependents were evacuated just hours after the strongest winds recorded in Australia, and generated by Cyclone Vance, caused millions of dollars damage to buildings throughout northern Western Australia. While winds of 330 km/h were reported, there were confirmed wind gusts of 267 km/h, the strongest wind ever recorded in Australia.

Tower heights edit

The towers are arranged at the centres and apices of two concentric hexagons offset by 30°. The diameter of the outer hexagon is ~ 2440m (8000') and that of the inner is ~ 1445 m (4750').

The first para under VLF transmitter masts states that the inner towers are 304 m high and the outer towers are 364 m high. However, the extract from the tender document (ref 2) states that "the towers of the inner ring are 364 m high while those of the outer ring are 304 m high"; i.e. the first para has swapped the heights. I'm assuming (not unreasonably) that the tender doc is correct. The Trideco diagram (under History) shows the outer towers to be lower than the inner.
