I have deleted "Proposed deletion". This is a journal published by the Nature Publishing Group. Additionally, the inaugural issue contained contributions from such noted scientists as Dariush Mozaffarian and Albert-László Barabási

Notability entails significant coverage in independent, reliable sources. Since I found none, I nominated the article, since it fails WP:GNG.
