"Transgenders" as an Ethnicity edit

"Transgenders" and a count of trans students in be District is listed as an Ethnicity in the Demographics section. I plan to remove this reference -- I ask that others review this action to ensure oversight and multilateralism. I have removed the reference to "Transgenders" (which may have been vandalism, seeing as the putative number of trans students in the District was listed as "69". Wow, nice one d00d.). I also capitalized both words in the section header
