Tribal Groups edit

Why all the parentheses? Why not link to the tribal groups when there are articles. For example, [[Ancient Hawaii]an (the term "Native Hawaiian is not often used for the Ethnic group). The ones that say (kaloko) should also say Hawaiian; that is just the name of one settlement in the Honokohau National Historic Park. W Nowicki (talk) 03:10, 10 May 2009 (UTC)Reply

The linking sounds like a good project for you? ~Geaugagrrl talk 19:35, 16 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
OK I did one pass, removing the parens and linking in some of the major tribes. Will let someone more expert on Native Americans do the rest. For Kaloko, I linked in Ancient Hawaii since that article talks about the culture before European contact, vs. Native Hawaiian which talks about current issues a bit more. Official status of list edit

Are these sites officially designated by the National Park Service? If so, the article should link to it. If not, the criteria for inclusion should be given. 22:04, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
