External links modified edit

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on National Space Council. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

NSC not re-established in March 2017 edit

I removed the following text:

On March 21, 2017, [[Vice President of the United States|Vice President]] [[Mike Pence]] announced that President Trump had relaunched the National Space Council during his signing of Senate bill S.442, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Transition Authorization Act of 2017.<ref name="Trump_signs">{{cite web|url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HzadC1imjQ|title=President Trump Signs S. 442}}</ref><ref>{{cite web|url=https://www.congress.gov/bill/115th-congress/senate-bill/442|title=S.442 - National Aeronautics and Space Administration Transition Authorization Act of 2017}}</ref> The council is chaired by the Vice President and will consist of members from both the public and private sectors.<ref name="Trump_signs"/>

I removed it because (a) YouTube videos are not considered reliable sources, (b) S.442 contains no explicit mention of the National Space Council, and (c) Trump signed an executive order re-estabilishing the National Space Council in June 2017 - I've added that information to the article. -- John Broughton (♫♫) 16:13, 1 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Proposed change edit

On February 20, 2018, Vice President Mike Pence, Chairman of the National Space Council announced the candidates selected to serve on the National Space Council Users Advisory Group.

The company that Mandy Vaughn is president of is called "VOX Space" -- not "VOX Launch Company." As seen here: https://voxspace.com 12.38.142.85 (talk) 23:30, 16 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Reply 17-MAY-2018 edit

Done The reference does not confirm Ms. Vaughn's position, so this was omitted. .spintendo) 17:28, 17 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Following up on this change edit

This article confirms Ms. Vaughn's position as VOX Space President. https://www.bizjournals.com/losangeles/news/2017/11/17/virgin-orbits-vox-space-lands-first-client.html

Abolishment of the NASC edit

I added two sentences describing how and why the NASC was abolished in 1973. I also added two links, one for the Executive Office of the President, and one for Richard Nixon. My first Wikipedia entry! How did I do? Deswelch15 (talk) 19:12, 20 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
