Fair use rationale for Image:NBCHeadUp.jpg

Image:NBCHeadUp.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. the structure of the tourney with its very fast blinds doesn't really allow for skill in play. might not be interesting to lay person watching but i think it is important to include

Results

Is it honestly necessary to have both the tournament brackets and the expanded results immediately afterwards? It just seems redundant to me (not to mention it makes the page difficult to look at). --ECWAGuru (talk) 20:38, 14 January 2011 (UTC)
