According to some blogs, NEAT may be dropped. There has been a lot of criticism, including complaints that the answer sheets disappeared mid-test. See, e.g., http://blog.naver.com/PostView.nhn?blogId=koreatesol&logNo=60198589086 and http://theunlikelyexpat.blogspot.kr/2012/09/lets-talk-about-neat-for-really-real.html .
