Recent changes/additions to the lead

@Decasurger: I see significant problems with this sentence which you recently added to the lead: NDHU currently is a high potential research university and considered the most prestigious university in Eastern Taiwan, offering 5th widest range of disciplines in Taiwan. I will remove these phrases again unless the issues are addressed:

NDHU currently is a high potential research university

• "currently" is too vague and likely to become outdated. See MOS:CURRENT.
• "high potential research university" is not a common designation in English wikipedia. Is this an official designation? If so, please provide a WP: Reliable Source for this and add more information to explain it, for example: "In [year], NDHU was designated a "high potential research university" by [designating authority]. If, on the other hand, "high potential" is merely descriptive, then it should be omitted from the lead.

considered the most prestigious university in Eastern Taiwan

• "considered" is too vague---considered by whom? This claim requires a citation to a specific reliable source stating that NDHU is (or is considered) the most prestigious university in Eastern Taiwan.
• If you cite a Chinese-language source, please quote the specific sentence in the citation template to help others verify it. English-language sources are preferred in English wikipedia, of course.

5th widest range of disciplines in Taiwan

• Please cite a reliable source explicitly stating that NDHU offers the 5th widest range of disciplines. The note you added appears to be based on original research, which is forbidden in wikipedia, or perhaps on WP:SYNTHESIS.
• Please bear in mind that, even if something is true, it doesn't belong in wikipedia unless there is a reliable source that states it to be true. See the lead of Wikipedia:No original research for further explanation.
