Founding date

[1] this academic article states it was founded in 1937, not 1938 as the article states now ("Ernest Burgess and others, founding in 1937 the National Council on Family Relations (N С F R),.."). Perhaps this is correct, but I put 1938 as the founding date in the article because their own website says they were "founded in 1938". IntoThinAir (talk) 13:24, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
