The very first mention of scholarships is the following sentence:

This had included disallowing "non-cash education-related benefits" such as scholarships and internships so that there is no apparent "pay to play" aspects.

I thought the entire point of the NCAA student-athlete was that they were on an athletic scholarship to pay for their education? Does this mean mean to say "scholarships in addition to their cost-of-tuition academic/athletic scholarships"? 24.56.228.140 (talk) 19:53, 17 January 2023 (UTC)Reply
