Comment: In my opinion this is neither an article nor a stub. Suggestion: place in sandbox for time being. Because the National Cannabis Summit appears to echo [1] in so much, that both want to encourage a serious debate – even if the these two Org's don’t see eye-to-eye on every issue. Think stub is to early too soon. Needs a bit more. Keep going for it though. Certainly 'am not going to vote for SD in this case, because that will remove it from view and the chance that other editors can contribute more. Aspro (talk) 21:04, 29 May 2017 (UTC)Reply
