- I don't see how it is biased. The statements made here are clearly reporting the centres stated objectives and whether anyone or everyone agrees with the necessity, functions or purpose of the centre is immaterial. Whether the rationale is right or wrong is irrelevant, whether or not the rationale is correctly reported here is the only matter that should be dealt with.Sambauers (talk) 09:21, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
