History section
editSome info at the end of this section had to do with individual recipients, which seemed better addressed in the lists. I checked to see if the individual children were already listed, and if they were not, I copied them to the list before removing the info from "History." I also eliminated the reference to the PM not giving the awards in a particular year; this didn't seem particularly noteworthy to the history of the award, unless there is a connection I'm not aware of.
