Update for seats composition needed

The diagram and list of parties for the National Assembly needs to be updated. I tried to do this myself by checking the other language wikis' articles for National Assembly (Republic of the Congo) and 2017 Republic of the Congo parliamentary election, but the results were inconsistent. I looked on the government website linked in this article as well (www.assemblee-nationale.cg), but the website was incomplete and did not have this information.
