Not done: Your request is complicated by the existence of Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Natalya Rudakova (3rd nomination) - admins on Wikipedia aren't allowed to go against the result of deletion discussions. I recommend that you create the new article in your own personal sandbox at User:Great Showman/sandbox. Then you can submit it to deletion review to see if other Wikipedia editors would be willing to overturn the deletion discussion result. If the instructions there are too complicated (they are hard enough for experienced users, let alone newcomers to Wikipedia) then you can ask for help at the help desk. Was looking to provide a translation of one of the foreign language articles here i.e. German. Although the original notion at the time of the film's release was "she doesn't deserve it Transporter 3 has become a cult classic and I see many other non-English versions.

@Unother: The last AfD was more than 10 years ago, so it is definitely something worth looking afresh. I suggest writing the proposed article at Draft:Natalya Rudakova and if I am satisfied that it meets the concerns expressed in the AfD then I will create the article and remove protection.
