Talk:Nasser Hejazi

Main Picture edit

Nasser Hejazi is the most famous goalkeeper in Iran, even in Asia, and in the period betwenn 1976 and 1978 one of the best goalkeepers in the world. His efforts were very important for the Iranian National Football Team to qualify for Argentina '78. And Iran's victory in Australia was probably the most important step towards that achievment.

This picture shows one of Hejazi's save in this game, the most important game in his life, as he stated once. If one must choose one picture to describe Hejazi's career, maybe this pic is the best one.

I state, that Hejazi deserves this pic, and not one from his older days talking with a cell phone. MiNeum71 (talk) 16:08, 13 May 2011 (UTC)Reply
