Requirements for nasciturus edit

I need to point out, regardless of whether the claims for European countries are factual, that in South Africa (which also employs the nasciturus mechanism) nasciturus does not require that the newborn be physically or mentally healthy - only that it is not stillborn, or is alive for at least "some time". If nobody has any objection within the next week or so, I'm going to amend the article to reflect this. I'll endeavour to find out whether the same applies in European countries; but if I can't verify the other author's claims I'm going to substitute my understanding of nasciturus.
