Can we get this rewritten a little please? edit
I don't know yet how to rewrite it at best, but it is very misleading. Its phonation is voiced, which means the vocal cords vibrate during the articulation. However, in some languages, such as Swiss German, it can just mean that this consonant is pronounced shorter and weaker than its voiceless counterpart There are *absolutely* *no* "click sounds" at all in the German dialects of Switzerland! Though I doubt this is meant here either, it is completely confusing to the reader (as it was for me too) to read about Swiss German in such article. Maybe it should be emphasized a little more that the SG comparison is merely referring to the phonation, not to clicks as such. -andy 2.242.104.216 (talk) 03:40, 16 December 2014 (UTC)
