The University of Washington offers a PhD in nanotechnology (see http://www.nano.washington.edu/education/proginfo.html). In fact, UW issued the first nanotech PhD in the country.

Do Harvard College or University, Cornell University, Columbia University have nanotechnology programs for B.S, M.S, PHDs ?
