editAs to the date of death, unfortunately Tomcat was misled by the NY Times. The obit on the Times clearly states she died on Wednesday which was the 26th. However, as was correctly reported by AP and widely elsewhere, she died on Tues, Christmas day, Dec 25th. (q.v.: https://apnews.com/dd5233540f364eb1b8c2973446cfde15)
