Hello.
It has been written : "Samnitae", "Namnitae". Strabo writes : Σαμνιτῶν (genitive plural) and Ναμνιτῶν (idem). So the nominative plural must be : Σαμνιtoι, Ναμνιtoι, then the graphy in -ae is not appropriated in both cases and not correct at all for the Namnetes.
