Talk:Nalanda Gedige

nalanda gedige is not an ancient Hindu Temple, it is an ancient Buddhist temple constructed following pallva style. eg: see the ruins of buddhist stupa.

There is nothing Hindu or Buddhist about the style. It is in the style of how the ancient structures were constructed in India. Here is a Jain temple from South India, and the gateway of an Ajanta cave, reproducing the wooden structure., and a panel from Sanchi showing buildings perhaps in the Sunga period.
