Whoever wrote the article does not have the proper sources.
There is no clear evidence that Nachum Eisenstein sits in thet Beis Din of the Eida Chareidis. The article linked shows a bal tshuva yeshiva-sponsored informal talk given by NE, where it mentions that he has experience sitting in the badatz (which badatz?). You cannot use that as a source.

The following statement uses a personal blog of a "charedi" (or fake charedi person) blogging on the internet: "doing so, Rabbi Eisenstein essentially disqualified conversions to Judaism officiated by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and Rabbinical Council of America[4"
