This page is awful. "NICTA is a world-class research institute driving innovation through high-quality research, training and technology transfer. We are the largest research organisation in Australia dedicated to information and communications technology (ICT) research. It was previously known as National ICT Australia." I updated the first paragraph somewhat, also added more wikipedia links so that it is more useful to the reader who doesn't know what all the jargon words are about. Feel free to fix up any issues.
