I've just added Reference and External Links sections which may help article to improve against noted issues in time and help wikify the article. This might be a candidate for merging into Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) however given the likely effort to do this and possible disruption and undue weight in that article things are better left as is at the moment. I confess to never understanding politics and particularly why this article is under Politics of the United Kingdom whough I could understand why Natural Environment Research Council is within scope of politics. 09:07, 26 January 2018 (UTC)

I think I've fixed the external links, I've done a fair bit of link to other Wiki Articles so I've removed the warnings for these on the article page. I've used a lot of primary sources so i've added a warning for that. I've used dating and wayback when the link target content has changed and the content at an earlier time made more sense. In general I have updated a small amount of content near the links where it is obvious things have changed since the article was first written ... this does not mean I have reviewed all content for current correctness and appropriateness .. I've more done what I had to do to correct the issues with External Links and improve links to other Wiki Articles. I believe there may be a strong case to merge to the NERC article howver I'm perhaps more strongly minded such a merge may cause undue weight on data centres in that article.Djm-leighpark (talk) 13:56, 26 January 2018 (UTC)Reply
