I have done the GA Reassessment as part of the GA Sweeps. This article meets the GA criteria. A couple of small issues: some web page references lack accessdates. The Fair Use rationale for the NATO flag is pretty sparse. I'll reluctantly accept it and wouldn't delist the article over that but it should be beefed up a bit. Otherwise it is comprehensive, well-written and informative. I'll be happy to keep it. H1nkles (talk) 17:07, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
