: Solid article on fine sources, Bengali source accecpted AGF (but please indicate the language in the source), no copyvio obvious. - The hook is fine, and good that the name is piped ;) - Could you say a bit about the name in the article? - I'd like some year mentioned in the lead. - Many thanks. I edited the lede to make the connection with the article name and the 3 founding parties a bit more clear, plus added an infobox. Regarding the naming, there are some sources that use a bit shorter versions, like 'NAP-CPB-Chhatra Union Guerilla Bahini'. Some sources use the Bengali name Chhatra Union rather than Students Union, some use 'Bahini' rather than 'Forces' In the end I opted for the full name, since there was no coherent more commonly used shorter name. In Bengali the name plays out a bit differently than when translated to English. Essentially 'NAP-Communist-Party-Students Union' is treated as a compound name, and the article 'er' in the end of Union, marking possession. --Soman (talk) 12:19, 10 August 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you for explaining here and in the article. If a short name is used by more than one, and is likely to be a search obkect, I'd bold it and make a redirect. Such as we do for Bach cantatas - if they let me - for BWV number (see BWV 2, but not BWV 1), because I guess English-speaking readers will rather remember the code and number than complex German prose. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 13:22, 10 August 2020 (UTC)
- I'm not 100% certain, but it seems the full name is possibly the most common. See for example the banner used by the ex combants here, the full name appears on the banner here, [1], [2], this article in Prothom Alo, etc..
