Purpose unclear

Is this an article about the book by Walter Wink, or the concept of mythical redemptive violence? In its current form, the article reads more like a review essay of the book, with a conceptual analysis tagged on at the end. Given the encyclopaedic nature of WP, I'd say it should be about the concept, meaning that the review/deep analysis of Wink's book needs to be shortened and contextualised.
