Happy Birthday To You
The section here is out of date, following the link to the wiki page for that song includes an update on the 2013 lawsuit ruling in 2015 that the copyright was ruled as invalid. Royalties for dead artists
How about the profits gained with music whose original artist has died?
Does the benefit go to charitable trusts and artist progeny rather than the fat and greedy music manager who already has beriched himself to the excess with the dead artist's music and dearly ripped him off?--Commissioner Gregor (talk) 20:23, 10 October 2013 (UTC)
