Conflict of Intrest edit

212.188.229.202, I am in no doubt that you are the MPA(UK) or an representative thereof. In future, would you please remember that most of the people who spend their time editing this encyclopedia are the customers of your members. When you use this website to promote your greed then it is those people who are offended. I have cleared up the egregious edits and left the more potentialy useful edits with citation needed flags. I intend to review the situation after, say, 2 weeks. Op47 (talk) 20:37, 2 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Dubious flag edit

The actions against the IMSLP and the opposition to the Hargreaves Review show that this organisation is for profit, even if a technical reason can be given otherwise. Op47 (talk) 20:37, 2 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Balance Argument edit

I felt the argument re Hargreaves needed a balance. If bona fide Wikipedians consider this improper then I will happily remove it, although I would be tempted to remove both sides, in the intrests of preventing the article becoming a coatrack. Op47 (talk) 20:37, 2 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Further explanation needed edit

The Ivor Novello awards needs expanding to at least as much as the Richard Toeman section.
What is mean't by taking a firm stance, this could mean anything from lobbying to physical violence. Op47 (talk) 20:37, 2 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

Twitter citation edit

This came up with a blank page (with a twitter frame work). Can someone else try before I mark it as a dead link. Op47 (talk) 20:37, 2 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

That must be a problem at your end; the URL https://twitter.com/the_mpa/status/61117026009227264 produces a page on Twitter with 1 tweet:
Will Lines ‏@the_MPA

In the meantime MPA has contacted GoDaddy to request the @IMSLP domain be reinstated.
