@Doncram, this article was just moved here from Draft [by DGG]. I see you had a hand in it. The infobox was all messed up, it had been copied from another NRHP place in another Texas county (that had Turner in the name also). I think it is all straightened out. For some reason, the Infobox generator didn't find this, so I did it manually. Can you review and maybe add something to the NRHP section so it's not empty? Also, I created a redirect from Fred and Juliette Turner House. Not sure which title should have the article, I think if expanded the NRHP part would be much bigger than the modern museum part so maybe they should be swapped? MB 02:10, 14 September 2022 (UTC)

User:MB, oh, yes, User:Bkissin invited me to help develop here some. And i started, but from an edit summary it looks like I needed better internet access to get the NRHP document from NARA's slow downloading, and i didn't come back. NRHP doc downloading okay now. I don't remember about the infobox and didn't study edit history, but maybe the original creator had copy-pasted one. User:MB or User:DGG or User:Bkissin, I see there is related Draft:Anton Korn started by me, probably I went off from here to create that needed article. It was declined by an AFC editor. AFC editors don't know what to do with articles about architects that mainly consist of a list of their works, don't have much bio info. It is well established in AFDs (i am pretty sure with DGG involvement in some of them) that these are okay/good. Basically they would be okay as "List of works by Anton Korn", is one argument, and another argument is that an artist is defined by their work, and it is very appropriate to have an article mostly about their works, such as for some basically unknown Greek or Roman sculptor about which little is known but their name and their works. The Anton Korn article could be better, but it would already survive AFD. AFC editors can't evaluate that. It is an obstacle to me in fixing this Museum of the Southwest article that I do not have the Anton Korn article in mainspace as the significance of this place is partly/largely as a work of Korn's i think. (Just got NRHP doc downloaded finally.) Could one of you who are somewhat informed about this kind of article please just overrule the one AFC editor and put this into mainspace? --Doncram (talk) 03:39, 14 September 2022 (UTC)

User:MB, thank you for doing that, and so promptly. Anton Korn was a prolific architect in fact, and is named in many more Wikipedia articles than are in the list of works so far, and there will be lots of inbound links here soon. To work on these kinds of situations I need to go back and forth between articles about buildings and article about architect, e.g. using Turner House NRHP doc to add a bit about Korn. It's hard to guess which NRHP doc will have a pretty good bio. Being edit restricted on creating articles is usually not too much of a problem, but in situations like this it is a pain. Also I have submitted some list-articles which AFC editors don't know what to do about, including Draft:List of writers' halls of fame. Tx again. --Doncram (talk) 04:08, 14 September 2022 (UTC)
