This page is not unambiguously promotional, because... (it is fact about a notable center and its work...no value is espoused in the entry. Also this topic has been previously approved by editor C.Fred on 20 September 2011, when asked if this topic was acceptable the reply stated: If you rewrite the entry so that it is in your own words, and not the words of the university, then the text will be under a free license (CC-BY-SA 3.0 and GFDL).
