This is not quite correct as it implies that (a) prohibition has been relaxed in Pakistan and (b) anyone can stroll into a Pakistan restaurant and order a beer. This is not the case. Under Pakistan law the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages in a public place is prohibited. Foreign non muslim nationals may consume alcohol but not in a public place.
