Questions about wording and sources

edit

Most of what's written in this article is not backed up by the reference provided. The article's subject has been taken into custody, but has not been tried or linked to any cannibalism. Hatch68 15:52, 26 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

I guess if he is tried and convicted you cna call him a cannibal. but we have to wait and see. --Matrix17 16:04, 26 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Dismemberment and the burning of a human body is not cannibalism. And I'm not even certain there is a legal term cannibalism, since if he is tried in court it will most certainly be on murder charges. --Strangnet 17:04, 26 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

I guess it is a mather of opinion. But yes he will pobably get hes trial under the pretext of Murder.--Matrix17 17:34, 26 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

"Alleged?"

edit

If we are reporting that there is no doubt as to who killed her, why is this at "alleged"? Little Red Riding Hoodtalk 05:51, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Shepherd has not been convicted of the crime yet. BlueAg09 (Talk) 08:52, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
But is there any doubt that she was murdered? This is not "Alleged conviction..." Little Red Riding Hoodtalk 23:39, 4 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
