The book source edit

Is this History of the Kirat People the same as the one cited in the article? « D. Trebbien (talk) 01:54 2008 April 11 (UTC)

Claim edit

Neither reference seems to support the first part of this sentence, which would be a fairly sensational claim:"The Mundhum pre-dates the Vedic religion and Hinduism, which is the predominant religion of Nepal.[1][2]"

- The website reference is not a WP:RS on religious history, & I'm not sure the other is either. Johnbod (talk) 23:50, 14 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Why have you not given any dates for this Manuscript? edit

I would like to know when was the mandhum written on paper or palm leaf? i see nepal people above claiming that the Mundhum is older then vedic hindu scriptures, if this is the case why is the oldest written history of the kirats written by indians, why not kirats?

I want this page to include the dating of when the text was composed on paper with offical testing, hinduism and buddhism has had the text carbon dated, no hindu text talks about kirat rituals or gods82.38.160.153 (talk) 06:22, 31 January 2014 (UTC)veReply
