So who believes this? edit

Although not too good for a mummichog's health, kissing a mummichog is believed to bring good luck.

Is this statement verified anywhere? It seems to be full of weasel words, too, such as "not too good" and the unspecified "believed". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.226.16.188 (talk) 16:18, 25 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

I swallowed one on a $10 bet when I was a kid; maybe that's why I've always been so lucky. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.229.241.105 (talk) 10:53, 4 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Source list edit

This blog post provides an excellent group of sources for improving this article. (I just wanted to put this on the record in case I or any one else gets the time to work on this.) --Danger (talk) 18:49, 5 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

How to say it? edit

Can a pronunciation guide be included please? --MacRusgail (talk) 14:24, 18 March 2012 (UTC)Reply

Title for new article edit

There is a translation in progress of the spanish article on Marismas de Isla Cristina (where mummichog is also found). Should that new article be titled "Marismas de Isla Cristina" or "Isla Cristina marshes"? 88.219.191.43 Basicdesign (talk) 13:49, 31 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
