Thanks for creating this interesting article! I'm a little confused by the sentence: "Buli was named Chief of Staff by the rebels because of his popularity among members of the armed forces". Was "Chief of Staff" not an official position? groupuscule (talk) 12:21, 12 September 2012 (UTC)Reply
