Andrei Veimarn's view edit

This article currently contains "According to Andrei Veimarn, Mozhaysky's airplane theoretically could have taken off...", a claim which apparently contradicts the findings of the research institute also cited in the article. Who is Veimarn, and does his opinion have any merit, or is it outside of his field/pure speculation? Does he address the TsAGI research? I couldn't find any sources on him in English, and the only ref provided is the Russian language article.Dialectric (talk) 15:43, 20 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
