Significance? "It is generally acknowledged to have been invented by British potter Harvey Adams around 1830." sounds pretty vague...

If you look at the sources, you'll see that there isn't any definitive answer on who the inventor was. I didn't feel comfortable asserting Adams as the inventor. If you can find better sources, please feel free to add them. As far as the significance of the mustache cup? It's a popular antique on places like eBay. Links to the article pre-existed the article itself (in articles like Moustache). I created the article because it was requested by another user on the requests page. If you feel as if it isn't significant, feel free to tag the article. janejellyroll 01:20, 23 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

This article would really benefit from a picture. I think my mom has an old mustache cup. I'll try to locate it and add a picture, but it would be great if anybody could add one before that. janejellyroll 04:04, 21 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

If you trace the sources of the given source you end up at Facial hair in the military#United Kingdom which lacks citations. Need to find something more solid for this.©Geni (talk) 17:41, 13 February 2021 (UTC)Reply
