Paraphrasing problems edit

I've ha to remove to sections of the article, which unfortunately removes the core of it. In both cases it was a bit borderline - we were looking at good faith close paraphrasing, rather that copy-and-paste, but the paraphrasing was too close, in the end, for me to be comfortable with it.

With the Administration section there wasn't a lot of doubt. For example, the section stated:

Mount Carmel College is a Catholic systemic school and as such it falls under the direction of the South Australian Commission for Catholic Schools. This means that the College is governed and administered by the College Board and the Administration Team which are directly answerable to the Catholic Education Office.

The source is quite close:

As a Catholic systemic school, Mt Carmel College falls under the direction of the South Australian Commission for Catholic Schools. The chief implication of this is that the College is governed and administered by the College Board and the Administration Team which are directly answerable to the Catholic Education Office.

In the history section there was more of an attempt to rewrite, but it was still very close. I was borderline about it, but coupled with the administration section I felt it was better removed. I'd love to see a new history section, though, and I'll help where I can. - Bilby (talk) 11:52, 9 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
