I think the Suppression of evidence article and this should be merged. Since there is a category of motions, I think this article's title should be the ultimate focus. Int21h (talk) 04:03, 4 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
Agree that they should be merged, but suggest the other direction, as Suppression of evidence is the broader topic. A motion to suppress is just one way in which evidence can be suppressed.
