I don’t believe that this page should be deleted as other churches from Africa and Nigeria which do not have as much history as Eternal Scared Order of Cherubim and Seraphim have been included on this site. This church does allot of charity work and I believe it is time that the founder a Saint (St Moses Orimolade) with his church should be recognised. The church boasts over 10 million members world wide and with all the money it raises for charity, and perching the gospel like other church’s included on wikipedia I believe that it should and will only be right if the church was included on the website. If you know about Celestial church of Christ and Christ Apostolic Church of the Lord (Aladura) you will know that Eternal Scared Order of Cherubim and Seraphim is the oldest of these churches and these other two churches were included then it would only be right to include Eternal Scared Order of Cherubim and Seraphim. This article has HUGEWP:POV issues. It is not written as an impartial article about the church. Instead it is written as a promotional article for the church. That is not what Wikipedia is about. Also, it lacks any external reliable sources to back up what the article says, and to prove notability. If you can establish notability an article might be appropriate, but it wouldn't be this article. Mayalld (talk) 21:15, 27 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
Notability shouldn't be an issue -- this is one of the oldest and biggest indigenous pentacostal churches in West Africa. As things stand, POV/COI certainly are. Given the work done since last night the problem seems to be solved (should have looked at the article again rather than come straightr to the talk page!). Now it's just a question of guarding the edits ... Paularblaster (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 13:39, 28 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

Just added a list of independent references. They most emphatically do not serve as references for what stands above them: rather as sources for anyone with the will and the courage to revise this article into something less COI/POV. (Perhaps I should have called them "further reading"?) Paularblaster (talk) 01:13, 28 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

So is this article about Moses or the church he established? It should be split into those two articles, with the latter emphasizing the church and its beliefs. Details on rooms, streams, walkways, and tombs within the church premises should only be noted if those points of interest pass the general notability as covered by secondary sources. They also do not need to be heavily elaborated. This isn't a tourist guide. WP:NOTGUIDE If the church has ten million followers, describe their expansion to branches all over Africa and the world? Add pastoral history. Add major events. Add impact to the culture as noted by secondary sources. The blurb about the first joiner of the band can be shortened to a sentence or two. You might want to look at articles for large churches. -AngusWOOF (talk) 02:35, 23 March 2014 (UTC)Reply
