It would be interesting to know how this city got it's name. If anyone finds that info, please add to the article. (and reference it, of course) Danski14(talk) 05:04, 28 May 2011 (UTC)
- I saw a source for this not long ago in a Facebook group on area history. I'll try to dig that back up and cite it! I found it interesting because as an area resident I was always told the folk history that it was named by Russian immigrants, but in reality there weren't any Russian settlers until long after the town was named. There is not much on History, Settlement, or Founders. Also you have many references listed, but they are not listed in the article with the exception of a few. KNPC2018 (talk) 00:23, 5 October 2015 (UTC)
