If you are familiar with Tripod and Geocities, these websites used to provide free webpage for anyone to publish back in the early 1990s, in this case to promote an agenda. Sources such as these are considered WP:SELFPUBLISH sources and are not considered reliable. Thus, the article in itself goes against Core Content Policies of Wikipedia, espouses a biased point of view and can be considered as Original research.
