According to this, his version of the story is, that he was shot in the stomach while his own weapon was still unloaded (and which the officer shooting him knew about), which would indeed make him innocent, if true. Iridos (talk) 21:35, 7 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
Ha, the NYT article is referenced already, as only source - hm, in this case I'd like to point out that the information differs slightly - the NYT article e.g. does not mention that the officers were in plain clothes (or of course, I didn't see it). Iridos (talk) 21:44, 7 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
