As it is written, the article reads more like a fact sheet or list of notes than an encyclopedia article. Its orphan phrases need to be edited into full sentences. I will work on this at some point, but I'd appreciate help if anyone else wants a go. Illexsquid (talk) 06:12, 28 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

I've done a copyedit and stuff just now. Please have a look. A couple of issues:
  • the americazoo.com reference is no longer useful; seems they are selling off the domain. I've just tagged for now, but more refs still are needed.
  • I removed a statement to the effect that looking white from a distance is unique among mammals; howzabout polar bears and actic foxes :)
