Moodabidri's nick names are "Jain Kashi of the South" and "Pensioner's Paradise" edit

As there are many Jain temples at Moodabidri, it's called "Jain Kashi of the South".
Since many students study at Moodabidri, and many pensioners (retired people) settle down at Moodabidri, it is also nick named as "Pensioner's Paradise".
