It is not. It is a real and approved species. It has nothing to do with Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma, although its common name is unfortunately the same.

I would propose revisions to both pages referencing cross-confusion and distinct features between each plant if Monstera minima is, in fact, a real and distinct plant from the false mini monstera.
